This is an interim distribution for new NetBSD and FreeBSD releases,
based on the new FreeBSD 2.2.1 with ALTQ 0.2.1 stuff (*) and
on the new NetBSD 1.2.1 release. The main change is the move
from FreeBSD 2.1.* to FreeBSD 2.2.1.

Other changes are:

 - upgrade version number of IPv6 (in.h)

 - NetBSD IPv4 multicast support: many patchs by Octavio Medina
 <medina@rennes.enst-bretagne.fr> including RSVP_ISI stuff...
 (mrouted/Makefile, in.c, in.h, in_proto.c, ip_input.c,
 ip_mroute.c, ip_mroute.h, ip_output.c, ip_var.h)

 - try to get the ESI (aka MAC address) for Efficient ATM boards
 (midway.c, midwayreg.h, midwayvar.h and if_atmsubr.c)

 - IPv6 support for rquotad, spray, sprayd

 - fix UDP/IPv6 (-u option) rpcinfo

 - change ipv6addr_* in in6addr_* in ndpd-host and ndpd-router
 (ndpd-host/kern.c, ndpd-router/{kern.c,query6/query6.c,rip.c})

 - define default TIMER_RATE in ndpd-router/ndpd.h

The next version will have ALTQ (*) stuff for NetBSD and IPv6 capable X11.

(*) ALTQ (http://www.csl.sony.co.jp/person/kjc/programs.html)
is alternate queueing for BSD with CBQ (by Sun), WFQ, RSVP hooks
and ATM (Chuck Cranor's one).
